Ocotber Football Camps

The club held two football camps in the School holidays between 16th and 18th October at Gretna playing fields and 23rd and 25th Ocotber at Austin Friars School in Carlisle.

Children of all ages between five and twelve took part in various games and activities, whilst improving their skills and knowledge of the game.

“We would like to thank all the children for their excellent attitute shown across the three days,” said Head of Community Kevin Somerville.

“The children really enjoyed themselves and that makes it even more rewarding for us.”

“The football camps are very popular and they will return in Easter. We plan to introduce a few new activitites and props to make them even more enjoyable.”
