Youth Cup tie postponed

Gretna’s Youth Cup Third Round tie with Hearts this Sunday has been postponed following a pitch inspection this afternoon.

Heavy Rain in recent weeks has taken its toll on the Raydale pitch and with more wet weather forecast for the weekend, the game will now be rescheduled.

It is the third meeting with the Edinburgh side that has been postponed in a week, after the U19 and Reserve League fixtures were also called off.

Iain Scott’s youngsters return to league duty after the winter break against Motherwell on Saturday February 2nd.
